Stretches & Relaxation Especially For YOU!
Try each one 3 times a day…slowly….breathe..and yes, shoulders get the most stretches as we hold more stress there!
Neck stretch – tilt head to left, right, forward…keep shoulders relaxed and down….roll from left to right and back
Shoulder pull – grap opposite wrist behind back and pull down. Try to get hands as low as you can. You will find that just pulling down will bring your shoulders back, down & relaxed!!!!
Upper arm stretch Good one for deltoids and traps
Hip stretch - place one ankle on the opposite knee and press slightly on that knee. If you get to the point where this stretch is easy bend your upper body toward the knee.
Feet – roll feet clockwise at ankle, then counterclockwise. Use a foot refresher spray at the end of the day….aaaaah!
"Hokey Pokey" It really is ALL there is.....shaking arms, legs and body parts allow muscles to relax...and can be done anywhere!!!
